Can I choose a different service for different clothes in the same order?

Yes. When you add your clothes, you pick a service for each item — so a shirt can go for Wash & Iron while a saree in the same order goes for Dry Clean.

Can I change the number of clothes after booking a pickup?

Yes, the agent counts and confirms the actual items at pickup. The final count and service selection can be adjusted at that point before the order is confirmed.

What happens if a piece of clothing is damaged or torn during processing?

Every order is logged item by item, so any issue can be traced back to the specific order. If something is damaged during our process, raise it with support as soon as you notice — each case is reviewed individually.

Do I need to be home for the pickup and delivery?

Someone needs to be available to hand over the clothes at pickup, and to give the delivery OTP when the order is delivered.

When do I pay for my order?

Payment is due once your order is processed and marked ready, before it is delivered back to you.

Can I pay in cash?

Yes, cash payment is accepted at the time of delivery, along with online payment options.

What is the delivery OTP for?

When your order is delivered, you will receive an OTP. Sharing this OTP with the delivery agent confirms that you have received your clothes and completes the order.

Is DryCleanPoint available in my area?

Coverage is based on PIN code and delivery radius. Use the service availability check to see if your area is currently served.

How does the referral reward work?

Share your referral with someone new to DryCleanPoint. Once they sign up and complete their first order, the referral reward is credited to your account. Reward rules are set by DryCleanPoint and may change.

What is SuperCoin?

SuperCoin is cashback earned on eligible orders. The cashback percentage is configurable and may vary by order. Your SuperCoin balance will be visible in your account, with redemption rules managed by DryCleanPoint.
