How it works

Every order goes through the same process, from booking to delivery. Here's what happens at each step.

1. Step 1

   Sign in with Google

   Create your account in a couple of taps using your Google sign-in.

2. Step 2

   Add your address

   Tell us where to pick up and deliver your order.

3. Step 3

   Select your clothes

   Add each item you want cleaned.

4. Step 4

   Choose a service for each item

   Pick Wash & Fold, Wash & Iron, Dry Clean or Premium Dry Clean per item — mix and match as needed.

5. Step 5

   Submit your order

   Confirm the order and choose a pickup slot.

6. Step 6

   Agent picks up the clothes

   An agent collects your clothes at the scheduled time and confirms the item count.

7. Step 7

   Order is processed

   Your clothes are cleaned according to the service selected for each item.

8. Step 8

   Order becomes ready

   Once processing is complete, your order status updates to ready.

9. Step 9

   Pay online or by cash

   Payment is due before delivery — pay online or hand over cash to the delivery agent.

10. Step 10

    Delivery OTP is generated

    An OTP is generated for your order once it is out for delivery.

11. Step 11

    Give the OTP to complete delivery

    Share the OTP with the delivery agent to confirm you have received your order.
